After months of building anticipation, The Ivy Collection opened its first Scottish brasserie, The Ivy on the Square, in the heart of Edinburgh's city centre this week and we were delighted to offer i-on readers an exclusive first look before its official opening.

Guests at the i-on preview party were amongst the very first to experience the stunning new restaurant, discovering first hand exactly why this new opening is so special.
