My inspiration...
I trained as a beauty therapist when I was younger then ended up working in the oil and gas industry. My male colleagues were always asking me about skincare so eventually I decided to create my own range designed for men. It’s named after the small village on the West coast of Scotland where I grew up.
My top beauty must-do for men...
...is pay attention to the skin underneath your beard, a lot of men forget there is skin there! Also, shave following a shower or after steaming your face for 5 minutes to soften the skin.
The worst skincare mistake men make...
...is doing something spontaneously and expecting results – they will put some moisturiser on if they are going on a date or getting married instead of building it up over time.
My best-selling product is...
...the Firm and Protect Serum, £40. It produces a matte-finish and combats environmental aggressors by strengthening the skin’s natural barrier.
My own beauty routine...
As well as the basics, I scrub and mask twice a week, and apply SPF every morning. The sun rays penetrate through every single day – even in Scotland!
