To celebrate reopening in the year 2020, The Pompadour is offering twenty lucky guests the opportunity to enjoy either the 3-course a la carte or the 7-course mystery tasting menu with complimentary wine pairings!

The first 20 guests to book their table for the reopening of The Pompadour from Thursday 16th to Sunday 19th January, will be offered complimentary wine pairings with their menu choice. Each guest can select from the 3-course menu priced at £55 or 7-course tasting menu priced at £70.

Award-winning Head Chef Dan Ashmore has plenty of tricks up his sleeve to wow guests with the seasonal a la carte menu and the adventurous 7-course mystery tasting menu. The ingredient-led menu regularly changes, sometime even day to day, to ensure that only the best seasonal, local produce in featured. For true foodies, the mystery tasting menu offers an exciting choice – open the wax sealed menu to reveal the ingredients of each dish or leave the seal unbroken and trust the chefs to take you on a journey of taste discovery.

Tables will be available on a first come, first serve basis and those guests who have already booked will also be able to opt for the complimentary matching wines. Bookings must be made by calling 0131 222 8857 and quoting “2020” in order to claim this limited edition offer.
