Come along to one of our beginners' masterclasses and experience different types of yoga in order to find your perfect practice.
The hour-long masterclass at Hot Yoga Edinburgh will introduce a variety of poses and modifications to allow each student to find their maximum stretch. Suitable for all levels including absolute beginners, the class also includes breathing techniques to calm the mind and reduce stress, and will finish with a guided meditation to leave you feeling deeply relaxed.

About: Established in 1980, the Centre is simply about doing yoga and doing it well. We concentrate on the skills of our teachers, who all have at least five years experience.
Yoga style: The Iyengar method is systematic and thorough and whether you are a complete beginner or have practised for a while we have classes to suit your needs.
Classes: 5/6 week Introductory courses starting in January and then again in end February/March. These are on Mondays 17.30 and Saturdays 09.15.
