Looking for an evening to remember?

With its luxury cabins, grand sweeping staircase and stunning views over the water, an evening spent on-board Fingal, Scotland’s first floating hotel, permanently berthed in the Port of Leith, guarantees a dining experience with a difference.

On Saturday 27th July, guests are invited to dine in the former hold of Fingal - now an elegant ballroom - and discover the Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Collection. The exclusive evening will be hosted by Ethan Boroian, Champagne Ambassador for Moët & Chandon, who will guide diners through a tasting of some of the finest vintages the House offers, paired with a specially created four-course dinner prepared by Fingal’s Head Chef, Brendan Wills.

And there will be no need for carriages at the end of the evening either. Following a nightcap in The Lighthouse Bar, guests have the option to take a stroll on the private decking area and watch the sun go down or retire to their luxury cabin for the night.*

What's included?

  • One night’s accommodation in a Classic Cabin with full Scottish breakfast
  • A sparkling Belvedere Spritz to start the evening
  • Four-course dinner
  • One glass per person from each of the following vintages; Moët & Chandon Grand Vintage Blanc 2012, Grand Vintage Rosé 2012, Grand Vintage Blanc 2009 and Grand Vintage Rosé 2008, and a Hennessy Cognac

From £550 per couple

*There is also a 'dinner only' option available to book which costs £330 per couple.
