Edinburgh City Centre Easter Egg Hunt

Essential Edinburgh launch city-wide Easter Egg Hunt to win £500

2 Mins

Think you've got what it takes to solve a mystery?

Over the next two weeks, Essential Edinburgh are inviting those who live and work in Edinburgh to take part in a city-wide Easter Egg Hunt. Free to join and live until 22 April, you'll compete with total strangers to crack the clues and find ten special eggs hidden throughout the city. Guess correctly and you could be in with a chance of winning some egg-cellent prizes, including a golden egg to the value of a £500 Edinburgh City Centre gift card.

As for the rest of the eggs, there's a prize to suit every interest. For fans of food and drink, exclusive discounts are available at Yo Sushi, Tigerlily, Rabble and Eastside. Those with a passion for fashion can enjoy discounts in Route One and Bonkers Gift Shop, with free luxury gifts also on offer in John Lewis and White Stuff. And for beauty junkies, The Body Shop will be offering a free bespoke consultation and treatment in-store for those who find the egg and say the secret word.

To find out more about the Essential Edinburgh Easter Egg Hunt, and to keep up with the clues, follow Essential Edinburgh’s social channels @EdinCityCentre.

Roddy Smith, Chief Executive of Essential Edinburgh said: "Our Easter Egg Hunt is set to be a real cracker... from a £500 golden egg, to discounts and prizes from a range of great businesses... this is the perfect opportunity to see what Edinburgh city centre has to offer."
